Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a skin material from deformation and damage, by molding a core material, opening a mold before the temp. of the core material is lowered, setting a skin material having a heat-adhesive layer on the rear face of the core material and closing the mold again. CONSTITUTION:After a core material 22 is injection-molded in a cavity 15 of a mold 11, the mold 11 is opened before the temp. of the core material 22 is lowered, and a skin material 17 having a heat-adhesive layer 19 on the rear face is set on the surface of the core material 22, and the mold 11 is closed again to adhere by heat the skin material 17 on the surface of the core material 22. By closing the mold, the heat-adhesive layer 19 of the skin material 17 to be press-bonded on the surface of the core material 22 becomes effective by the heat of the core material 22, and the skin material 17 is heat-adhered on the surface of the core material 22. As the skin material 17 is set like this after the core material 22 is molded, the skin material 17 is not drawn or pressed by high pressure by acting thereon directly heat and pressure of a molten resin 21.
