Example. The processed products are loaded into the chamber, subjected to ion cleaning in the discharge at a discharge of 1-6 Pa. The chamber is then pumped out to a high vacuum — On, argon is supplied and the final cleaning is performed by ion bombardment with a negative bias voltage on the substrate 1500 for 10-20 seconds.
After this, the bias voltage is removed and the coating is sputtered by the magnetron method with the help of titanium and copper targets at a speed of rotation of the working table of 30 rpm. At the same time, carbon dioxide is introduced as a reactive gas at a pressure of 6.5-1СГ2Па, which is maintained throughout the entire process.

The ratio of the quantities of sputtered materials is regulated by the discharge power of magnetron sputters of a separate titanium and copper targets.
The temperature on the substrate during the treatment is 150-200tfC, the spraying time is 2 hours, the thickness of the resulting coating is 3-5 µm.
The table shows the composition of the coatings, their structure and properties.
The above compositions show that the properties of the coating are determined by the phase composition and structure.
Оптимальные свойства достигаютс , если фазы TiC и Си-0 имеют сте- хиометрический состав (TiC имеет широкую область гомогенности).Optimum properties are achieved if the phases of TiC and Cu-0 have a stoichiometric composition (TiC has a wide area of homogeneity).
The coating works particularly well on power tools and parts.
