Способ осуществл ют следующим образомThe method is carried out as follows.

После обезболивани освежают кра перфорационного отверсти , затем производ т трапециевидный разрез по Нейману- Заславскому, начинающийс по переходной складке у бокового разреза, затем линию резца поворачивают вниз и продлевают через свищ, после этого вновь направл ют разрез вверх и заканчивают его на переходной складке за скулоальвеол рным гребнем. Затем тупо отслаивают по кра м слизисто-надкостничный лоскут на 3-4 мм. После этого при помощи бормашины производ т выпиливание трапециевидного костного аутотрансплантата в области альвеол рного отростка верхней челюсти в проекции дефекта, от основного массива кости и тупо отслаивают слизисто- надкостничный лоскут вместе с трансплантатом кверху. Вскрывают верхнечелюстную пазуху в области собачьей мки, что позвол ет осуществить визуальную и пальцевую ревизию пазухи. Максимально щад слизистую оболочку, выстилающую , удал ют из пазухи полипы и патологические гранул ции. В случа х хронического воспалени верхнечелюстной пазухи, сопровождающегос наличием в пазухе инородного тела , например корн зуба, внедренного при удалении, и в подобных случа х тщательно исследует пазуху и извлекают инородное тело. Создают широкое соустье с нижним носовым ходом. Тампонаду пазухи осуществл ют в исключительных случа х - с гемо- статической.целью. Трансплантат на слизис- то-надкостничном лоскуте моделир ют по форме и размерам костного дефекта альвеол рного отростка, осуществл ют мобилизацию лоскута и укладывают аутотрансплантач на дефект, создава костную основу последнего . .Затем слизисто-надкостничный лоскут подшивают к слизистой оболочке неба шелком или анидной нитью.
