Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технике испытаний материалов, в частности к устройствам дл испытаний на сжатие образцов хрупких материалов неправильной формы. Цель изобретени - уменьшение габаритов устройства. На направл ющих 3 установлены с возможностью перемещени заполненные жидкостью нагрузочные корпуса 1 и 2 с плунжерами 4 и 5. Между плунжерами 4 и 5 установлены соосно стаканы 7 и 8, обращенные друг к другу открытыми торцами. На дне каждого из стаканов 7 и 8 размещены наборы шариков, предназначенных дл передачи сжимающих усилий на образец 11. Бокова поверхность стакана 8 выполнена в виде шипов, рассто ние между которыми меньше диаметра шариков, а бокова поверхность стакана 7 имеет ответные пазы. Между наборами шариков и поверхностью образца 11 установлены днища, выполненные из отдельных сегментов, св занных посредством гибких св зей между собой и с упругими элементами, размещенными в стаканах 7, 8. Полость корпуса 1 сообщена с манометром 6. При приложении сжимающей нагрузки к корпусам 1, 2 стаканы 7, 8 под действием плунжеров 4, 5 перемещаютс один к другому. Р арики и сегменты днищ самоустанавливаютс по площадке контакта с образцом 11. При разрушении образца 11 фиксируют его предел прочности на сжатие по манометру 6. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 5 ил.
