Abstract
Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, в частности к устройствам введени жидких консервантов в зеленые корса непосредственного при их скашивании и измельчении. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение загр знени окружающей среды и повышение качества консервированной массы корма путем повышени точности дозировани консерванта. Масса поступающего в комбайн корма измер етс в двух направлени х: по толщине между вальцами 5 и 6 датчиком и по ширине между бортиками 15 датчиками 19. Сигналы от этих датчиков поступают в блок управлени 11, который соединен с регул тором 12 подачи консерванта. Бортики 15 имеют возможность вращени относительно корпуса 7 на ос х 16. Датчики 19 соединены между собой по дифференциальной схеме. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, to devices for introducing liquid preservatives into green cors directly during mowing and grinding. The aim of the invention is to reduce environmental pollution and improve the quality of the preserved mass of feed by improving the accuracy of dosing of the preservative. The mass of feed entering the combine is measured in two directions: the thickness between the rollers 5 and 6 by the sensor and the width between the sides 15 by the sensors 19. The signals from these sensors go to the control unit 11, which is connected to the preservative feed regulator 12. The flanges 15 have the ability to rotate relative to the housing 7 on the axes 16.
