Abstract
The invention of heterocyclic substances, in particular the preparation of pyridine used in industrial organic synthesis. The goal is to improve the environmental friendliness of the process while simplifying it. For this, gas-phase hydrodealkylation is carried out using 2-picoline at 700-850 ° C using a 10-40% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hydrogen. The volumetric ratio of reagents is 1: (1-4), the feed rate of hydrogen is 1.4-4 l / h, the feed rate of 2-picoline is 0.07-0.15 ml / ml . These conditions make it possible to eliminate the use of highly toxic reagents and catalysts and to obtain pyridine with a yield of up to 92.5% and a capacity of up to 64.6 g / l . h. 1 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к усовершенствованному способу получени -пиридина , используемого в химической промышленности .This invention relates to an improved process for the preparation of α-pyridine used in the chemical industry.
ч.The purpose of the invention is to increase environmental cleanliness and simplify the process due to the homogeneous hydrodealkylation of 2-picoline with an aqueous 10-40% solution of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hydrogen at 700-850 C j volume ratio of picolin: hydrogen peroxide equal to 1: 1-4 , hydrogen feed rates of 1.4-4.0 l / h and bulk flow rates of picoline 0.07 - 0.15 ml / ml.h.
Example 1. 2-Picoline and hydrogen peroxide are collected into medical syringes and fed with dispensers into a flow-through quartz reactor with a reaction zone volume of 5 cm. Hydrogen is simultaneously fed into the reactor. The temperature in an electrically heated reactor is monitored and controlled using a thermocouple and potentiometer. The reaction mixture after the reactor is cooled in the refrigerator and it enters the receiver. Gaseous products enter the gas meter. The reaction products are subjected to chromatographic analysis. The analysis is carried out on a Chrom-31 chromatograph on a packed column 6 m long and 6 mm in diameter. PFMS-4 deposited on a polychrome in an amount of 15 wt.% Column temperature is used as the liquid phase; l / h Insignificant amount of methane is observed in the gaseous products.
