Abstract
Изобретение относитс к строительству, в частности к наружным панел м ограждени из железобетона с гибкими св з ми слоев. Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение технологичности изготовлени и эксплуатационных качеств за счет гибких св зей, обеспечивающих точную установку и фиксацию арматурной сетки 7 наружного сло и гибких св зей 5 в проектном положении. Гибкие св зи снабжены направл ющими 8, выполненными в виде колпачков из антикоррозийного материала. При изготовлении панели после укладки арматуры 2, внутреннего бетонного сло 1, утеплител 3 и пароизол ционного сло 4 укладывают арматурную сетку 7 наружного сло . После этого гибкие св зи 5 сборе с направл ющими 8 забивают в слои до упора в дно формы. Затем приподнимают арматурную сетку 7 наружного сло в проектное положение, подкладывают под арматурную сетку на ветви гибких св зей фиксирующе-уплотнительные элементы 6, количество которых зависит от толщины защитного сло бетона. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to the construction, in particular, to external panels of reinforced concrete fencing with flexible layer connections.
