Abstract
FIELD: feed production. The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutritional value of the additive, reducing the complexity of the production process, increasing the increase in live weight of the bird. It has been proposed to use wastes from the production of enzymes of the classes of oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases and ligases, obtained by extracting skeletal muscles of minks and arctic foxes, as a feed additive for chickens. A daily supplement to the basic ration of 10% of the waste production of enzymes based on the weight of the ration allows to increase the increase in live weight of chickens for 10 days by 15%, to reduce the consumption of compound feed by 7.5%. 1 tab.
Description
FIELD: feed production.
Цель изобретени - повышение питательной ценности добавки, снижение трудоемкости процесса получени .The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutritional value of the additive, reducing the complexity of the production process.
An example. 200.0 g of skeletal muscle mink are ground with help, b) of a cold blender. The resulting slurry is poured 0.03 M with a solution of disubstituted potassium phosphate. The extraction of easily soluble soluble proteins lasts 40-60 minutes. After time, the extract is separated from the non-extracted proteins, unground skeletal muscle residues through a multi-layer gauze under pressure. Further, the extract is used for the isolation and subsequent purification of cytoplasmic enzymes of the classes: oxidoreductases. transferase. hydrolae, liaz. isomerase; ligaz. and the dense part, previously discarded, serves as a protein-phosphate concentrate.
The proposed method of working out the raw material - skeletal muscles of minks is traditional as an initial stage in the isolation of enzymes, as well as the use of myofibrillary and non-extracted sarcoplasmic and structural proteins, unshredded muscle tissue as a protein concentrate (the protein content in 100.0 g of paste is about 5%. Content inorganic phosphorus in 200.0 g paste (8.2 mg). A sufficiently high protein content and the availability of phosphorus, physiological micronutrient, determines the elementary usefulness of the product.
Carcasses of mink and arctic fox are furs production, the use of waste from the production of enzymes determines the high profitability of the concentrate. Previously, waste production of enzymes were thrown away.

Assessing the nutritional value of the pulp of the mucous membrane of the pig, sychug tel (waste from the production of food pepsin) and the proposed protein-phosphate preparation, it should be noted that the composition of skeletal muscles and the intestinal mucosa is not equivalent, since glycoproteins predominate in the mucous membrane lipoproteins. connective tissue proteins are inferior in amino acid composition. In addition, the processing of pulp with silk to separate the fat in the process leads to the loss of minerals. When using waste to get the enzymes from the muscles, the technological process is much simpler, shorter in time does not require special stages.
The table presents the comparative data on the composition of the protein-phosphate preparation and feed additive-waste upon receipt of pepsin.
As can be seen from the table, the protein content in the protein-phosphate preparation is higher.
In addition, muscle proteins are characterized by a complete set of essential and non-essential amino acids.
15%.The test of the proposed additive was carried out on chickens. The daily supplement to the feed of chickens with a protein-phosphate preparation in the amount of 10% of the daily ration increased the increase in live weight of chickens in 10 days by 15%.
The use of waste from the production of enzymes of classes of oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases, ligas as a feed additive for chickens allows reducing consumption of feed by 7.5%.
