Изобретение относитс к металлургии, в частности к составу стали дл изготовлени трубной заготовки и бесшовных труб. Цель изобретени - повышение выхода годного при производстве трубной заготовки высокопрочных бесшовных труб за счет повышени технологической пластичности. Сталь имеет соотношение % ванади . [% углерода+(% марганца/4)] и составл ет 0,03-0,1 при содержании алюмини в пределах 0,01-0,04%.
