Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области медицины, а точнее к гистологии, и может быть использовано дл окраски препаратов лимфоузлов. Предлагаемый способ окраски гистологических препаратов лимфоузлов позвол ет повысить качество препарата за счет более четкого контраста клеток, упростить фиксацию препарата и сократить продолжительность окраски. Срезы лимфоузлов после депарафинизации, проводки через спирты и доводки до чистой воды окрашивают в смеси, состо щей из 0,1%-ного азура 1, нитрофунгина и 1%-ного кислого фукцина при соотношении компонентов соответственно 4:1:2. Продолжительность окраски 5-7 мин. После промывки в воде препарата докрашивают гематоксилином в течение 5-7 мин. Затем препараты заключают в бальзам.The invention relates to the field of medicine, more specifically to histology, and can be used for staining lymph node preparations.
