00 The invention relates to medicine, namely to the field of cytochemical blood tests. There is a known method of coloring erythrocytes, which includes their treatment in fic tator and dyeing with Romanovskii – Giems dye lj. However, this method does not allow insulinotropic erythrocytes to be detected. The closest to the proposed technical essence is the method of staining erythrocytes on a histological preparation, including treatment in a fixative, washing and dressing in phosphorus-tungsten acid followed by dye dye 2j. However, this method also does not allow detection of insulinotropic erythrocytes. The aim of the invention is the detection of insulinotropic erythrocytes. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of coloring erythrotes on a histological preparation, including processing in a fixative, washing and mordant followed by dyeing, fixing the wire for 15-30 min at 60-65 ° C, and the fixative is the composition containing potassium dichromate potassium chromate and sodium phosphate monosubstituted for the following components, x, May. %: Potassium dichromate 15.0-15.5 Potassium chromate 1.0-1.5 Sodium monosubstituted phosphate1, 5-1.6 WaterEvalue and 1% solution of phosphorus-tungstate sodium is used as a mordant. The method is carried out as follows. A blood smear is prepared, dried in air, and then processed with a fixative containing potassium dichromate, potassium chromate and sodium phosphate monosubstituted at the following ratios of components, wt.% 15.0-15.5 Potassium dichromate 1.0-1.5 Potassium Chromate: Sodium Phosphate One; 5-1.6 Substituted Water; Remaining Current 15 The fixation is carried out in 30 minutes at 60-65 ° C. After washing in water, the smears are cleaned with an IZ solution of sodium phosphorus nungstate. After that, they are again washed in water, dried, stained with Pefeifer's fuchsin and examined under a microscope. V nclinical erythrocytes have a bright blue color under a microscope. When fixed for less than 15 minutes or more than 30 minutes and at a temperature below 60 ° C and above 65 ° C, the red blood cells either have a weak blue color or do not stain at all. Example 1. Blood smears are dried and treated with a fixative containing potassium dichromate, potassium chromate and sodium phosphate monosubstituted in the following ratios of components, May. %: Potassium dichromate 15.0 Potassium chromate 1.0 Sodium phosphate 1, 5 substituted Else Fixation is carried out for 15 minutes at 60 C. After washing with water, smears are treated with sodium tungstate phosphate solution, then washed again in water, dried , stained with Pfeifer's Fuchsin and examined under a microscope. Insulinotropic erythrocytes have a bright blue color. Example 2: Blood smears are dried and treated in a fixative containing potassium dichromate, potassium chromate, and sodium phosphate monosubstituted at the following ratios of components, May. %: Potassium dichromate 15.5 Potassium chromate 1.5 Sodium phosphate monosubstituted 1.6 Remaining Fixation is carried out for 30 minutes at. After washing in water, the swabs are treated with a 1% solution of sodium phosphate tungstate. After that, they are again washed in water, dried, colored with Pfeier's fuchsin and examined under a microscope. nsulinotropic erythrocytes have a bright blue color. The proposed method allows insulinotropic erythrocytes to be established.
