Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and concerns methods for administering drugs. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate irritation of the conjunctiva with a catheter. The essence of the method is to supply the medicinal solution to the conjunctival cavity through a catheter, the fixing part of which is inserted into the upper lacrimal canal so that the solution delivery opening is located at the level of the lacrimal point, while the proximal section of the catheter is connected to the medication dispenser with a given infusion regimen . The method of extraocular infusion expands the arsenal of existing methods of drug administration and can be used in the treatment of various eye diseases.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and concerns methods of administering drugs.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate irritation of the conjunctiva with a catheter.
The method is carried out as follows.
п.After local anesthesia with a 0.5% solution of dikain, the fixation part of the catheter is inserted through the upper lacrimal point into the tubule in such a way that the opening for supplying the medicinal solution is located at the level of the lacrimal point. The other end of the catheter is connected via a transition nipple to a portable wearable medication dispenser, providing a round-the-clock supply of the solution in the desired infusion mode. There are a variety of options for mounting the dispenser on the patient, not violating its normal physiological movement. gala activity (body, head, arm, shirt pocket, pajamas, etc.). To provide the necessary regimen of infusion, portable portable dispensers of drugs like "NDL-ZAA," DTLN-1, "DTLN-2, etc. can be used.
