an increase in the flotation process indicators due to the acceleration of the movement of the froth product to the overflow threshold. The flotation machine consists of a chamber 1 with a drain threshold (SP) 2 and a curved back wall
3. An impeller 4 is installed in the chamber T, around which a stator is fixed (C) 5. A partition (P) is installed parallel to the wall between C 5 and wall 3 6. The lower edge of P 6 is located at the upper limit of C
5. On P 6 rigidly fixed separation plate 8, the plane of which is directed against the direction of rotation of the impeller 4. At the same time P 6, the plates 8 and the wall 3 form channels 9 for the passage of the air-pulp mixture. On top

with the upper edge of the P 6 forms an adjustable outlet 12, 0.1-0.5 high, the distance between the P b and the wall 3, the U 6 and the plastane 8 upper edges are located at the level of SP 2. The air-pulp mixture is rejected by the impeller 4 and, bypassing the C 5 gets into chamber 1. Mineralized bubbles
emerge and form a layer of foam product, discharging through SP 2. Part of the pulp mixture from C 5 enters channels 9, rises and after collision with guide 11 moves laminar along the pulp surface to SP 2, accelerating the motion of foam product. 4 il.
The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals by the flotation method, in particular to devices for its implementation, and can be used in the processing of ore and non-ore raw materials.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the flotation process by accelerating the movement of the foam product to the overflow threshold.
In Fig.1 schematically shows the proposed flotation machine, frontal vertical section; Fig, 2 section aa in Fig.1; fig.Z - node I in figure 1 (regulating device); figure 4 - section bb in fig.Z.
The flotation machine consists of a chamber 1 with a drain threshold 2 and a rear wall 3. Inside the chamber 1 an impeller is placed
4. equipped with a drive, around which there is a stator 5. Between the rear wall 3 and the stator 5 parallel to the rear wall 3, a partition 6 is installed in the chamber 1. In the gap 7 between the rear wall 3 and the partition 6 there are spacer plates 8 whose planes are arranged with decreasing angle tilt to septum in the direction of rotation of the impeller
4. The lower edge of the partition 6 is located at the level of the upper boundary of the stator 5, and the upper edge is at the level of the drain threshold 2. The partition 6 together with the separation plates 8 and the rear wall 3 form channels 9 for the passage of an air-pulp mixture discharged from the stator 5 along the bottom 10 The dividing plates 8 with their lower ends abut against the bottom of chamber 1. The upper edges of the partition 6 and the dividing plates 8 are located at the level of the drain threshold 2. At the upper edge of the rear wall 3 the curved guide 11 is pivotally attached. hnim septum end 6 of the outlet 12 adjustable in height by 0.1 to 0.5 the distance of the partition 6 to the curved rear wall 3. Adjusting the discharge aperture 12 is made with a screw 13 and nut 14 is rigidly fixed to the chamber 1. The lower end
screw 13 with lock nuts 15 with locks 16 (2–3 mm each) attached to parabolic rail 11, in which slot 17 is made for free running.
Flotation machine works as follows.
When the impeller 4 rotates, pulp and air from the atmosphere are sucked into its cavity. The resulting pulp and air mixture is thrown onto the stator vanes 5, bypassing which enters the chamber 1 of the flotation machine. The mineralized bubbles rise and form on the pulp surface a layer of frothy product. Part of the pulp-air mixture coming out of the stator 5 enters the channels 9, where as a result of a collision with the partition 6, the plates 8 and the rear wall 3 changes the direction of movement and rises through the channels 9, where, colliding with the guide 11, it moves laminarly along the pulp surface from the rear the walls 3 of the chamber 1 to the overflow threshold 2, transporting a layer of froth product there and thus accelerating its unloading. Adjusting the outlet 12 allows you to control the speed of this transport stream.
