Description

The invention relates to agricultural production and can be used for the reception of root and tuber crops and their submission for processing. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by eliminating the jamming of the roots in the narrowing part of the feeder hopper. The feeder includes a screw conveyor with a screw 2, a discharge window and a cam 4 of variable height, a bunker with a bottom 6. parallel and tapering sides. Feeder root crops works as follows.

Dumping vehicle drives along ramp 15 into bunker 5 and unloads.
