Abstract

FIELD: minerals dressing. SUBSTANCE: pulp is conditioned with alkaline regulator, liquid glass and fatty acid collector in conjunction with kerosene. Alkaline solutions of scrubbing cleaning of air are used as alkaline regulator. It has following chemical composition, in mass %: sodium carbonate 80.0 - 96.0; caustic soda 3.7 - 16.0; high-molecular hydrocarbons 0.3 - 4.0. Then pulp is divided for concentrate and tails. Water solution of sodium carbonate and caustic soda is ready made effective regulator of medium. Small addition of high-molecular hydrocarbons of compressor oils improves structure of foam formation and increases extraction of hard-floating grains of phosphates into concentrate. EFFECT: increase of production features of process and decrease of expenditures for reagents.
