Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к производству строительных материалов, в частности к способам приготовлени  добавок, используемых в производстве бетонных и железобетонных изделий. Цель изобретени  - повышение прочности бетона при нормальных и естественных услови х твердени . Добавку получают путем обработки стеблей хлопчатника 0,5-1,0%-ным раствором едкого натра при массовом соотношении стебли хлопчатника: окись натри  1:0,2-0,5. Прочность бетона с добавкой при нормальных и естественных услови х твердени  после 28 сут 52,9 и 45,9 МПа, контрольного образца 34,2 и 28,7 МПа соответственно. 1 табл.The invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular, to methods for preparing additives used in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of concrete under normal and natural hardening conditions. The additive is obtained by treating the cotton stalks with a 0.5-1.0% sodium hydroxide solution at a mass ratio of cotton stalks: sodium oxide 1: 0.2-0.5. The strength of concrete with the addition under normal and natural conditions of hardening after 28 days is 52.9 and 45.9 MPa, the control sample is 34.2 and 28.7 MPa, respectively. 1 tab.

Добавку по предлагаемому способу готов т следующим образом.The additive according to the proposed method is prepared as follows.
