Abstract
Изобретение относитс к пайке радиодеталей в приборостроительной, радиотехнической и электронной промышленности, в частности к электрическим па льникам. Цель изобретени - экономи электроэнергии и плавное регулирование температуры жала па льника. Нагревательный элемент 2 электропа льника включаетс последовательно с сегнетоэлектрическим конденсатором 4. Конструктивно конденсатор выполнен диэлектрическим в виде кольца и расположен на корпусе 1 электропа льника соосно с ним. Дл установки необходимой температуры жала конденсатор может смещатьс вдоль оси корпуса, на поверхности которого нанесена температурна шкала. Благодар этому при нагреве конденсатора его емкость уменьшаетс , соответственно падение напр жени на нем увеличиваетс , а на нагревателе уменьшаетс . Через нагреватель течет меньший ток и выдел етс меньше тепла. Через некоторое врем процесс стабилизируетс и устанавливаетс температура жала 3, заданна температурной шкалой па льника. 1 с. и 1 з.п.ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to the soldering of radio components in the instrument-making, electronic and electronic industries, in particular, to electric motors.
