Abstract
Изобретение относитс к демонстрационным устройствам и позвол ет расширить диапазон исследуемых характеристик и повысить точность их измерени при изучении различных типов электроприводов и нагрузочных механизмов. Установка содержит размещенные на основании 1 привод вращени 2, нагрузочное устройство 3, датчик 4 частоты вращени валов и средство регистрации исследуемых характеристик, состо щее из размещенной на основании 1 U-образной рамы 5, двух установленных в стойках последней осей 6, 7 вращени , торсиона 10 с регулируемой посредством втулки 14 и цангового зажима 15 жесткостью и двух электромагнитных датчиков 12, 13 угла поворота осей 6, 7, обеспечивающих высокую частоту снимаемого сигнала. При включении привода вращени 2 крут щий момент с его вала передаетс через ось 6 вращени , торсион 10, ось 7 вращени валу нагрузочного устройства 3. Зна жесткость передающего звена (торсиона 10), входные и выходные параметры привода вращени 2 и нагрузочного устройства 3, снимаемые с датчиков 4, 12, 13, определ ют различные характеристики (например, крут щий момент на валах, мощность, механические и динамические характеристики, КПД и др.) системы на различных режимах ее работы с использованием различных механизмов и приводов вращени , вход щих в исследуемую систему. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to demonstration devices and allows to expand the range of studied characteristics and to increase the accuracy of their measurement when studying various types of electric drives and load mechanisms.
