Целью изобретени вл етс повышение достоверности при контроле сварных швов. Дл этого поверхность намагниченного издели сканируют первым феррозондовым преобразователем 1, состо щим из двух полузондов, с измерительных обмоток которых снимают сигналы, по которым суд т о качестве издели , и вторым феррозондовым преобразователем 2, у которого рассто ние между полузондами устанавливают равным двум толщинам стенки издели .
