Изобретение относитс к электротехнике. Цель изобретени состоит в ограничении тока электродвигател и уменьшении на этой основе установленной мощности преобразовател частоты. Дл этого в способе торможени асинхронного электродвигател в момент начала торможени частоту и напр жение на выходе инвертора 3 устанавливают равными их начальным значени ми при частотном пуске двигател 5, затем пропорционально увеличивают до значений, ограничиваемых сигналом обратной св зи по току статора, а после снижени частоты вращени ротора до частоты статорного тока частоту и напр жение на выходе инвертора пропорционально снижают до окончани процесса торможени . 2 ил.The invention relates to electrical engineering.
