Изобретение позвол ет повысить надежность работы ветроагрегата. Ветроколесо 4 св зано с генератором 5 при помощи силовой трансмиссии, включающей предохранительную муфту 9, вал 3 с опорами 1, установленными в корпусе 2, спиральную пружину 8, один конец которой закреплен на валу, а другой - на маховике 12, в полости которого размещена пружина, зубчатую пару, зубчатое колесо 7 которой закреплено на маховике 12. От обратного вращени  ветроколесо 4 предохран ет храповое колесо 10 с собачкой 11, закрепленной на корпусе 2. При разбеге ветроколесо запасает энергию в пружине и маховике, котора  затем отдаетс  потребителю в случае падени  скорости ветра. Маховик 12 закреплен на валу 3 эксцентрично, что обеспечивает разбег ветроколеса на малых скорост х ветра.
