Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройству дл электроконтактного нагрева электропроводных деталей. Цель изобретени - расширение номенклатуры обрабатываемых деталей, повышение долговечности устройства. Устройство содержит диэлектрическое основание 1 с расположенными на нем трубами (Т) 2,3 с втулками (В) 4,5 с радиально прикрепленными к ним разноплечими рычагами (Р) 6 - 9 с контактными зажимами по концам. Т 2 и 3 соединены с источником хладоагента, а между собой-Т 12. При подаче напр жени замыкаетс электроцепь: Т 2 - В 4 - Р 9 с зажимом-деталь-Р 6 с зажимом-В 5 - Т 3. За счет того что В 4,5 имеют возможность поворота и осевого перемещени по вл етс возможность устанавливать детали различной длины. Выполнение же охлаждающей системы позвол ет устранить перегрев деталей устройства и тем самым повысить долговечность устройства. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to a device for electrocontact heating of electrically conductive parts. Due to that That the B 4,5 has the ability to rotate and the axial movement it is possible to install parts of different lengths.
