Целью изобретени   вл етс  упрощение технологии изготовлени . На полосе 1 из изол ционного материала выполн ют равномерно расположенные по ее длине пазы. В пазы устанавливают токоведущие пластины 3 и сворачивают полосу с пластинами в технологическую оправку, которую помещают в технологическое кольцо, после чего производ т опрессовку пластмассой.
