Abstract
Изобретение касаетс абразивной обработки, в частности отделочной обработки деталей свободным абразивом. Цель изобретени - интенсификаци процесса обработки. Способ абразивной обработки деталей заключаетс в воздействии на вращающийс абразивно-воздушный поток, образованный за счет действи на абразивную массу с размещенными в ней детал ми равнонаправленных струй сжатого воздуха, встречным потоком меньшей интенсивности. Последний образуют дополнительными стру ми сжатого воздуха, причем интенсивность обоих потоков циклично взаимоизмен ют в импульсном режиме. Отделочна установка дл осуществлени данного способа обработки содержит рабочую камеру, выполненную в виде двух конических чаш 1 и 2, соединенных между собой большими основани ми. В днище нижней чаши 2 установлена крышка 5, на наружной поверхности которой равномерно по окружности выполнены сопловые отверсти 6, соединенные посредством канала 8 с распределителем воздуха 10. Между сопловыми отверсти ми 6 крышки 5 выполнены дополнительные сопловые отверсти 7, которые соединены с распределителем воздуха 10 посредством канала 9. Сопловые отверсти 7 выполнены под углом и встречно основным сопловым отверсти м 6. Давление сжатого воздуха, подаваемого в сопловые отверсти 6 и 7, циклично взаимоизмен ют в импульсном режиме. 2 с.п.ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to abrasive machining, in particular the finishing treatment of parts with a free abrasive. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process. The method of abrasive machining of parts consists in influencing the rotating abrasive-air flow, formed due to the effect on the abrasive mass with parts of unidirectional compressed air jets placed in it, with a counter stream of lesser intensity. The latter is formed by additional jets of compressed air, the intensity of both streams cyclically mutually changing in a pulsed mode. The finishing installation for carrying out this treatment method comprises a working chamber made in the form of two conical bowls 1 and 2 interconnected by large bases. In the bottom of the lower bowl 2, a lid 5 is installed, on the outer surface of which evenly circumferentially formed are nozzle holes 6 connected by a channel 8 to an air distributor 10. Between the nozzle holes 6 of the lid 5 additional nozzle holes 7 are made, which are connected to the air distributor 10 by channel 9. The nozzle holes 7 are made at an angle and opposite to the main nozzle holes 6. The pressure of the compressed air supplied to the nozzle holes 6 and 7 cyclically interchange in a pulsed mode. 2 sp.f-ly, 4 Il.
