Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам очистки буровых сточных вод от сероводорода при бурении скважин. Цель - повышение степени очистки буровых сточных вод от сероводорода и интенсификаци процессов. Устройство, в котором реализуетс способ, состоит из цилиндрической части 1, вводного патрубка 2, сопла 3. В цилиндрической части 1 выполнены отверсти 4, снабженные выступами 5. Цилиндрическа часть 1 переходит в коническую с насадком. Исходна жидкость подаетс под напором в цилиндрическую часть 1 через патрубок 2 и сопло 3. Одновременно в него эжектируют воздух через щели 4, который перемешиваетс с потоком. Дл повышени эффекта поток в пристенной зоне турбулизуетс выступами 5. При этом сероводород превращаетс в элементарную серу или сульфаты, а очищенна жидкость отводитс через патрубок. 2 с. и 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.This invention relates to methods for treating drilling waste water from hydrogen sulphide during drilling. The cylindrical part 1 is conical with a nozzle. The initial fluid is supplied under pressure to the cylindrical part 1 through the nozzle 2 and the nozzle 3. At the same time, air is ejected into it through the slots 4, which mixes with the flow. To increase the effect, the flow in the near-wall zone is turbulized by the protrusions 5.
