Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл наложени анастомоза. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение травматичности наложени анастомоза путем изменени угла наклона рабочих губок в плоскости их смыкани . Держатель втулки дл операций на желудочно-кишечном тракте содержит рабочие губки 2,3 и руко тку 7.
