Изобретение предназначено дл хирургии . Цель изобретени - улучшение до- стуна к операционному полю. Инструмент состоит из двух бранш 1,2,шарнирно соединенных одна с другой посредством шарнира 3. Рабочие концы бранш 4,5 выполнены заостренными в форме полуколец. Другие концы бранш 1,2, имеют кремальеру 6 и кольца 7,8, на которых закреплены пружины 9,10, соединенные с планкой 11 и крючками 12,13. Планка 11 имеет ручку 14, а ее длина не превышает рассто ни между местами соединени пружин 9,10 с кольцами 7,8 в сведенном состо нии. В этом положении острые концы бранш 4,5 совмещены . Бранши 4,5 развод т, внедр ют со стороны подкожно-жирового сло в кожно- жировой лоскут.
