1 Изобретение относитс к медицине , а именно к устройствам дл абд минальной хирургии, и может быть использовано дл выполнени ваготомий . Цель изобретени - снижение травматичности при вьщелении нервн стволов и сосудов и подведени лигатуры. На фиг. 1 изображен хирургический инструмент, общий вид на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сбоку. Хирургический инструмент состои из шарнирно соединенных бранш 1 и 2 с кольцами 3, кремальерой 4 и рабочей части 5, вьшолненной в вид изогнутого остроконечного крючка р режущими кромками, на которой им ютс два отверсти 6. Между бранш и 2 имеетсй ось 7, на которой уста 292 новлены съемные катушки 8 дл лигатуры . Между катушками 8 и рабочей частью 5 на браншах 1 и 2 установлены кольца 9. Хирургический инструмент пользуют следующим образом. На катушки 8 наматывают лигатуру и устанавливают между бранш V и 2 на ось 7. Лигатуру провод т через кольца 9 и отверсти 6 на рабочей части 5. Инструмент готов к работе . Под пр дку сальника с проход щим нервом и сосудом подвод т рабочую часть 5 инструмента. Отделёние окружающих тканей производ т боковыми кромками и острым концом рабочей части 5.
