Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, в частности к технологии изготовлени зуборезного инструмента. Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей инструмента за счет изготовлени инструмента дл двойного двустороннего способа нарезани конических колес. Зуборезна головка дл обработки колеса изготавливаетс с разводом резцов W2, а зуборезна головка дл обработки шестерни - с разводом резцов W1. Боковые профилирующие кромки резцов каждой головки выполн ютс с передним углом резани λ, величины которых на резцах, обрабатывающих сопр женные стороны зубьев колеса и шестерни, св заны определенным соотношением. Это позвол ет расширить технологические возможности инструмента и применить его при двойном двустороннем способе нарезани конических колес. 6 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to the technology of manufacturing a cutting tool.
