FIELD: organoelemental chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: triethylgermylsuccinimide. Synthesis is carried out by heating the parental heterocycles in mixture with stoichiometric amounts of bis-(triethylgermyl)-oxide and hexamethylsilazane in the presence of catalytic amount of ammonium persulfate for 1.5-2 hr at the graduate temperature increase to 170-200 C. The end products were isolated by vacuum distillation or heating a mixture of succinimide, bis-(triethylgermyl)-oxide, hexamethylsilazane and ammonium sulfate at 200 C. Yield is 91%, b. p. is 120-122 C (at 1.5 mm mercury column), empirical formula is CHGeNO. New compound shows enhanced effectiveness as compared with prospidin. EFFECT: enhanced activity.
