Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к ферритной стали, и может быть использовано в судовом и энергетическом машиностроении при производстве оборудовани и изделий с высокими виброакустичесюши характеристиками .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to ferritic steel, and can be used in marine and power engineering in the manufacture of equipment and products with high vibro-acoustic characteristics.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the tendency to intergranular corrosion and thermal embrittlement, increasing the mechanical properties of steel.
Изменение соотношени легирующих элементов, а также исключение из состава известной стали дефицитного никел и ограничение содержани других аустенитообразующих элементов св зано с возможным образованием в приграничных област х продуктов распада аусте- нита и в частности, обусловлено подавлением процессов мартенситообразовани , что повышает однородность структуры, снижает склонность стали к межкристаллитному разрушению и оказывает положительное вли ние на стабильность упругих характеристик в процессе длительной эксплуатации конструкций .The change in the ratio of alloying elements, as well as the exclusion of scarce nickel from the known steel and the limitation of the content of other austenitic elements is associated with the possible formation of austenite decomposition products in the border areas and, in particular, due to the suppression of martensite formation processes, which increases the homogeneity of the structure and reduces the tendency steel to intergranular fracture and has a positive effect on the stability of the elastic characteristics in the process of long-term operation structures.
The high level of physicomechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the proposed ferritic steel is provided by complex alloying with elements in the proposed ratio.
Conduct melting in plasma-arc and vacuum induction furnaces, as well as plastic and heat treatment of the metal, determine the necessary physicomechanical and corrosion properties of the proposed steel and known.

Vanium and KCU are determined on impact samples after prolonged provocative heating at 350 ° C for 500 hours. The coercive force is determined on ring samples — torroids after long thermal exposures for magnetic aging: 150 ° C for 200 hours. the D-611 installation under conditions of pure bending with a cyclic tension, equal to & 0.1601. The tendency of the metal to the ICC is determined in accordance with the requirements of GOST.
The use of steel allows to improve the performance and service life of the ship equipment.
