Description
The invention relates to earth-moving machinery, in particular to the working bodies of rotary excavators, designed for digging narrow trenches in frozen and unfrozen soils, with the exception of viscous clay, excavation of which is ineffective or impossible.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity and reliability by preventing falling asleep trench developed soil and • jamming of the rotor.
20In FIG. 1 shows a working body, general view; in FIG. 2 - the same, rear view; in FIG. 3 ~ fragment of the rotor with throwers installed symmetrically to it. 20
The working body includes a drive rotor 3 mounted on the frame 1, connected with the base Pasha 2, with cutters 4 fixed on the periphery, dumping mechanisms with a drive, 25 made in the form of throwers 6 mounted on the shafts 5, placed on opposite sides of the rotor symmetrically to the plane of its rotation, cleaners 7 to communicate with the interior of cylindrical rotor 30 The cylinder surface 8, 9 and bermoochistiteli shoe 10. Throwers wiper blade made and • have a drive, which is provided from the motor base machine. The axis of the throws is set at an angle to the plane of rotation of the rotor and deployed backward.
The working body operates in the following 4 θ manner.
11. 55When digging a trench, the cutters 4 of the rotor 3 develop the soil, which is transported by the cutters and the platforms on which they are installed, as well as by the cylindrical surfaces 8. When the cutters 4 from the trench exit, the bulk of the soil is unloaded into two dumps η · to the sides of the rotor 3, is captured by the thrower blades 6 and moves to the blades of the cylinders 11. Primer ^ and 8-empirical surfaces forcibly discharged cleaners 7 in location gruntootvalnogo device 6 and moves the latter in the zone vanes 11. The blades 55
The bottom of the trench is cleaned with shoe 10, and the berm of the trench is cleaned with bermine cleaners 9 due to the fact that the throwers 6 with the drive and the cleaners 7 are mounted symmetrically in the frame 1 in the zone of the rotor 3 exit from the trench, and the axis of the thrower blades are inclined to the plane of rotation of the rotor and turned back. The soil trapped by the blades moves back, and then is thrown away from the trench, and is not shoveled repeatedly by the blades and is not subjected to additional grinding, as would be the case with the vertical axis of the blades, which would have consumed considerable power.
Due to the inclined position of the axes of the blades, the rational use of gravity acting on the particles of the transported soil and deflecting down the trajectory of the soil from the trajectory of the blades, the throwers continuously and organically form compact heaps of soil at a relatively small peripheral speed ί and, therefore, low power consumption, which not only increases productivity /., but also prevents backflow of soil into the trench and jamming of the rotor, i.e. increases the efficiency of the excavator, especially when digging trenches of great depth, when the volume of soil is large.
