Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение условий труда, достигаемое за счет обспечени принудительного удалени отходов обработки из зоны резани . Устройство дл механической обработки абразивного инструмента содержит корпус 1, в котором на подшипниках 3 установлен шпиндель 2. На торце шпиндел 2 при помощи винта 5 крепитс режущий инструмент 6, выполненный в виде конуса. В теле шпиндел 2 и в винте 5 выполнена полость 4. В полости режущего инструмента 6 закреплен пылестружкозаборный элемент 8, выполненный в виде конической спиральной ленты. Один конец пылестружкозаборного элемента 8 жестко св зан с винтом 5, а другой выполнен в виде лопасти, обеспечивающей в процессе вращени инструмента 6 захват и перемещени пыли и стружки к входному отверстию полости 4. По каналу 4 пыль и стружка удал ютс в пылестружкоприемник. Направление витков ленты совпадает с направлением вращени инструмента 6. На одной стороне ленты по всей ее длине выполнена отбортовка, направленна внутрь ленты. Отбортовка создает дополнительное усилие, обеспечивающее направленное перемещение пыли в сторону входного отверсти полости 4. 3 ил.The invention relates to the field of machine tools, in particular to devices for dressing and processing abrasive tools. The aim of the invention is to improve working conditions, achieved by ensuring the forced removal of treatment waste from the cutting zone. The device for machining an abrasive tool includes a housing 1 in which a spindle 2 is mounted on bearings 3. At the end of spindle 2 a cutting tool 6 is made in the form of a cone and is fastened with a screw 5. In the body of the spindle 2 and in the screw 5, a cavity 4 is made. In the cavity of the cutting tool 6 a dust-intake element 8 is fixed, made in the form of a conical spiral tape. One end of the dust collecting element 8 is rigidly connected to the screw 5, and the other end is designed as a blade, which during rotation of the tool 6 captures and moves dust and chips to the inlet of the cavity 4. Through the channel 4, dust and chips are removed to the dust collector. The direction of the tape turns coincides with the direction of rotation of the tool 6. On one side of the tape along its entire length, flanging is made, which is directed inside the tape. Flanging creates additional force, which provides directional movement of dust towards the inlet of cavity 4. 3 Il.
