Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению, в частности к устройствам дл  уравновешивани  вертикально-подвижных органов металлорежущих станков. Цель изобретени  - повышение экономичности работы устройства за счет уменьшени  гидравлических потерь на дросселирование рабочей жидкости. Так, при подъеме подвижного органа 2 в штоковой полости гидроцилиндра 1 уравновешивани  поддерживаетс  давление слива, а в поршневой - давление уравновешивани . При опускании подвижного органа 2 в штоковой полости гидроцилиндра 1 устанавливаетс  давление посредством св зи этой полости с помощью гидрораспределител  8 с редуцированным давлением подпитки гидроаккумул тора 3. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for balancing the vertically movable parts of machine tools. Устройство уравновешивания вертикально-подвижного органа металлорежущего станка, содержащее гидроцилиндр уравновешивания, шток которого предназначен для соединения с подвижным органом, а поршневая полость связана гидролинией с гидроаккумулятором, имеющим систему питания, редукционный и переливной клапаны, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности в работе за счет уменьшения гидравлических потерь на дросселирование рабочей жидкости, устройство снабжено гид равлическим узлом нагружения подвижного органа дополнительным усилием, при этом редукционный и переливной клапаны установлены в гидролинию связи аккумулятора с гидроцилиндром уравновешивания параллельно и навстречу друг другу.1.
