Способ заключаетс в том, что при тимэктомии (удалении тимуса) у ут т вскрытие провод т в области шеи с ее дорсальной стороны вдоль позвоночника на всем прот жении шеи. Предварительно операционное поле обрабатывают 70-градусным этиловым спиртом, обезболивают подкожным введением 0,25-0,5%-ным раствором новокаина. После удалени тимуса рану осушают, припудривают трициллином и накладывают 5-6 хирургических швов. Эффективность операции составл ет 100% против 60-70% при операции известным способом, когда разрез производ т с вентральной стороны.The invention relates to biology, in particular to experimental methods for studying immunological processes in poultry.
