Изобретение позвол ет снизить материалоемкость и обеспечить самозапуск ветроколеса. К шарнирно установленной на валу 1 поворотной лопасти 2 с противовесом 3 под углом меньше 180° крепитс  дополнительна  лопасть 4, котора  при пуске поворачивает лопасть 2 на пусковые углы установки.
