Изобретение относитс  к транспорту, в частности к устройствам дл  регулировани  тока т гового электродвигател  транспортного средства, и направлено на повышение т гового и тормозного усилий. Регул тор 1 тока с задатчиком 2 и датчиком 3, подключенным к  корной обмотке 4, поддерживает через преобразователь 7, питающий обмотку возбуждени , заданную величину тока /силы/ т гового электродвигател . При срыве сцеплени  колесной пары /юз или буксование/ скорость колесной пары уменьшаетс  и дл  поддержани  тока регул тор 1 увеличивает ток обмотки возбуждени . Через промежуток времени, обусловленный параметрами инерционного звена 10, дополнительный регул тор 6 начинает стабилизировать ток обмотки 8 возбуждени  и ток  корной обмотки 4 резко падает. Сцепление колесной пары восстанавливаетс  и, когда выходной сигнал регул тора 1 становитс  больше выходного сигнала регул тора 6 с помощью элемента 5 ИЛИ устройство автоматически переходит в режим стабилизации тока /силы/ т гового электродвигател .
