Abstract
1 з.п. This invention relates to dust collection. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life by reducing abrasive wear. The cyclone element includes a housing 1, a multi-lighted snail swirler consisting of snail inputs 2, 3, 4. In each snail input swirl, the outer wall 5 of the snail input of the overlying tusk is extended into the input cavity of the underlying torso. The entrances to the snails of neighboring Rus are shifted around the circumference. The front edge of the elongated wall is located at a distance from the entrance section of the snail inlet. 1 hp f-ly, 4 ill.
Description
The invention relates to dust collection and is intended for industrial heat and power engineering, for separating high ash abrasiveness ash from flue gases of steam boilers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life 5 by reducing abrasive wear.

The cyclone element contains a housing 1, a snail swirler consisting of three snails of the snail inputs: the top 2, the right 3, and the bottom 4. The snail inputs of the overlying Russ are offset around the circumference of the snail inputs of the underlying rus.
The outer wall 5 of each snail input swirler extended vertically
гнутой стороне наружной стенки 5 улиточного ввода.bent side of the outer wall 5 snail input.
30-36%The presence of vertical partitions 6 allows to turbulize the boundary layer with its suction, to reduce the ripple scale, proportional to the flow scale in the direction normal to the outer wall of the cochlea that wears out. Reducing the rate of abrasive wear allows you to fulfill the requirements for the service life of cyclone elements to overhaul at least 3 years, despite the deterioration of fuel quality and an increase in ash content from 10-12 to 30-36%
In addition, the trapping of volatile abrasive ash in cyclone elements with a multi-tangled multi-eddy swirler occurs with greater efficiency, which reduces the emissions of ash into the atmosphere.
е. The invention has been applied to snail cyclone elements with a diameter of more than 400 in the cavity of the entrance of the neighboring Rus with a swirl of .JQ 500 mm. For cyclone elements, there are fewer bodies, forming in it an internal septum diameter, a decrease in the absolute distance of 6, the leading edge 7 of which is located at a distance from the input section 8 of the snail input. The extended wall - partition 6 can be made by perforators of the passageways of the snails swirl leads to their clogging with pieces of slag, coke, agglomerates of agglomerated and sticky ashes and dust, i.e. to reduce

For removal of the purified gas, there is an axial branch pipe 9. In the lower part of the housing 1, a branch 10 of the separated heavy phase is located.
The cyclone element works as follows.
Инерционна сепараци начинаетс в криволинейных каналах улиток, но более интенсивно протекает в цилиндрической и конической част х корпуса 1 циклонного элемента .Dust-containing gases from the common inlet chamber of the battery cyclone (BC) 1 enter separate cyclone elements through the inlet sections of 8 snail inputs of the upper 2, middle 3 and lower 4 Russ. Inertial separation begins in the curvilinear channels of the snails, but proceeds more intensively in the cylindrical and conical parts of the body 1 of the cyclone element.
