Abstract

The invention allows to increase the efficiency of the training process. The device comprises a cable-blocking system with two cables 13, 15. One of the cables is connected at one end to the load unit 1, and the second end to the mechanism 2 for changing the load. It is made in the form of a sector 7 rigidly connected with the bar 6. The bar has a longitudinal groove 12. In it, segments 10, 11 are installed with rotation and fixation. The other cable is connected at one end to node 3, the other end to end of segment 10. Segments 10 and 11 are adjustable in length. The device is equipped with a mechanism 17 for adjusting the length of the cable 15. 19 Il.

Claim A device for training muscles containing a load node connected via a cable system with a mechanism for changing the nature of loading, including a rotary sector and a bar with a longitudinal groove, and kinematically connected with a mechanism for changing the nature of loading the cable with a handle, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency training, it is equipped with segments that are opposite mounted in the groove of the strap with the possibility of rotation and fixation, the sector is rigidly mounted on the opposite end of the strap and connected to the cable agruzochnogo node, and a cable with a handle is attached to the segment facing the load assembly.
