Abstract

Изобретение относитс к полимерному машиностроению и может быть использовано в лини х по производству полимерных листов и пленок. Цель изобретени - расширение тухнологических возможностей устройства. Дл этого кажда пластина 10 выполнена из двух частей "а" и "б", смонтированных последовательно в радиальном направлении и установленных с возможностью их перемещени относительно друг друга. Распределительные радиальные каналы 12 частей "а" и "б" соединены герметично. Кажда пластина 10 снабжена механизмом дл перемещени ее частей, выполненным в виде смонтированного вдоль центрального вала винта 17 с установленными на его торцах гайками 16 и двух пар т г 15, одними концами шарнирно св занными с гайками 16, а другими концами шарнирно св занными с част ми "а" и "б". Поверхность каждой пластины 10, обращенна к наружной обечайке со стороны торцовых фланцев, выполнена с наклонными участками. 6 ил.The invention relates to polymer engineering and can be used in lines for the production of polymer sheets and films. Claim

1. A drum for heat treatment of polymeric materials according to ed. St. No. 1388316, characterized in that, in order to expand the technological capabilities of the drum, each plate is made of two parts mounted sequentially in the radial direction and installed with the possibility of their movement relative to one another, and the radial distribution channels of both parts of each plate are hermetically connected.

2. The drum according to π. 1, characterized in that each plate is equipped with a mechanism for moving its parts, made in the form of a screw mounted along the central shaft of the screw with nuts installed on its ends and two pairs of rods, one ends pivotally connected to the nuts, and the other ends pivotally connected to parts of the plate.

3. The drum according to paragraphs. 1 and 2, characterized in that, in order to increase the productivity of the heat treatment process, the surface of each plate facing the outer shell on the side of the end flanges is made with inclined sections.
