Abstract

Изобретение относитс к горному делу и может быть использовано при добыче стеновых материалов с помощью камнерезных машин (КМ). Цель - повышение эффективнсоти работы устройства дл съема блоков стенового камн за счет обеспечени возможности работы с баровой и с дисковой КМ. Устройство включает ползун 1, перемещающийс гидроцилиндром 2 по направл ющим 3 и несущий систему рычагов 4. На последних шарнирно закреплена поворотна рама 5, на которой установлена поворотна кассета (К) 6 с нижней полкой 7 и боковой стенкой 8. Соединение К 6 с поворотной рамой 5 выполнено в виде подвижных захватов 10 и проушин 9. Последние жестко закреплены на К 6. Подвижные захваты 10 установлены на поворотной раме 5, имеющей направл ющие и шарнирно соединенной с рычагами 4. Перемещением КМ вдоль забо К 6 устанавливают напротив снимаемых р дов блоков. Подвижные захваты 10 смещаютс внутрь подвижным цилиндром и выход т из контакта с проушинами 9 К 6. При этом К 6 удерживаетс в массиве нижней полкой 7 и боковой стенкой 8. При опускании отпиленных блоков режущим диском КМ на полку 7 КМ перемещаетс влево до совмещени захватов 10 с проушинами 9 К 6. 4 ил.The invention relates to mining and can be used in the extraction of wall materials using stone cutting machines (KM).
