Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к приводам перемещени  преимущественно форм в конвейерной линии по производству плитных железобетонных изделий. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение производительности линии при перемещенииформ без зазоров между ними. Привод содержит реверсивный т говый орган 1 с закрепленными на верхней ветви каретками 2 - 6 с самоустанавливающимис  толкател ми 7 - 11, контактирующими с упорами 12, 13, 14 форм 15 - 18. Толкатели 10, 11 передних кареток имеют лыжи в виде поперечин, контактирующих с направл ющими склизами с возможностью установки самоустанавливающихс  толкателей под ними наклонно. После первого хода привода формы 16, 17, 18 устанавливаютс  на свои посты, форму 16 необходимо дотолкнуть дальше на свой пост. Привод включаетс  на обратный ход до остановки каретки 2 за упором 13. При этом толкатели 10, 11 кареток 5, 6 доход т до качающихс  рычагов, по которым при помощи лыж переход т на склизы. Толкатели 10, 11 проход т упоры 14 форм 16, 17 и остаютс  в наклонном положении, удерживаемые склизами. После включени  второго хода толкатель 7 перемещает форму 15 на свой пост. При этом толкатели 10, 11 проход т под упорами 14 форм 16, 17 в наклонном положении по склизам. 7 ил.The invention relates to movement drives of predominantly molds in a conveyor line for the production of slab reinforced concrete products. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance of the line when moving forms without gaps between them. The drive contains a reversible traction unit 1 with carriages 2-6 attached to the upper branch with self-adjusting pushers 7-11 contacting with stops 12, 13, 14 of molds 15-18. The pushers 10 11 of the front carriages have skis in the form of crossbars contacting with guide pins with the possibility of installing self-aligning pushers under them obliquely. After the first stroke of the actuator, forms 16, 17, 18 are installed on their posts; form 16 must be pushed further onto its post. The drive is turned on to reverse until the carriage 2 stops behind the stop 13. At the same time, the pushers 10, 11 carriages 5, 6 come to the tilting levers, which, using skis, go to the slides. Pushers 10, 11 pass the stops 14 of the molds 16, 17 and remain in an inclined position held by the slits. After switching on the second stroke, the pusher 7 moves the form 15 to its post. In this case, the pushers 10, 11 pass under the stops 14 of the molds 16, 17 in an inclined position along the slopes. 7 il.
