Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, а именно к испытательной технике, и может быть использовано дл испытани силовых зубчатых передач дифференциального типа при динамической нагрузке. Целью изобретени вл етс расширение технологических возможностей за счет увеличени диапазона создаваемых нагрузок при одновременном упрощении их регулировки при переходе с одного режима на другой. Первоначальна статическа нагрузка создаетс подачей рабочего тела в одну из полостей одного из гидроцилиндров 18 (19), который при помощи дополнительного рычага 16 (17) поворачивает ведомый вал 6 (7) испытуемой передачи 8, нагружа силовой контур деформацией первого упругого элемента 10. Динамическа нагрузка создаетс вибратором 13, воздействующим на рычаг 11, циклические колебани которого преобразуютс в циклический крут щий момент ведомых валов 6,7 передачи 8. Переход на другой уровень нагружени осуществл етс поворотом последних при помощи соответствующего гидроцилиндра 18 или 19. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to testing equipment, and can be used to test differential type power gears under dynamic load. The initial static load is created by supplying the working fluid to one of the cavities of one of the hydraulic cylinders 18 (19), which with the help of an additional lever 16 (17) rotates the driven shaft 6 (7) of the test gear 8, loading the power circuit with the deformation of the first elastic element 10. Dynamic load is created by the vibrator 13 acting on the lever 11, the cyclical oscillations of which are converted into the cyclic torque of the driven shafts 6.7 of the gear 8. The transition to another level of loading is accomplished by turning the latter with and the appropriate hydraulic cylinder 18 or 19. 1 ZP f-ly, 2 ill.
