Изобретение касаетс цементного машиностроени , а именно конструкции уплотнени загрузочного конца вращающейс печи, и может быть использовано в цементной, металлургической и других отрасл х промышленности. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности уплотнени . Дл этого секторы 1 уплотнительного кольца неподвижной камеры - газохода 3 установлены с возможностью осевого перемещени на неподвижной обечайке 2 при помощи неподвижных стоек 4 и прижимных устройств в виде стержней с пружинами 7. Один стержень каждого сектора соединен с ним посредством шарнира с обеспечением вращени относительно оси, направленной по нормали к поверхности неподвижной обечайки 2, а другой стержень установлен с образованием точечного контакта с сектором 1. Секторы 1 уплотнительного кольца газохода 3 внахлест соединены друг с другом и установлены на уровне расположени торцовых пластин 8 загрузочного конца вращающейс печи 9, а сменные пластины 12 установлены на неподвижной обечайке 2 и вход т вовнутрь печи, что приводит к повышению надежности работы печи. 6 ил.The invention relates to cement engineering, namely, the seal design of the charging end of a rotary kiln, and can be used in the cement, metallurgical and other industries.
