Abstract
Изобретение относитс к строительству и может быть использовано дл изготовлени из балок двутаврового или швеллерного профил или из листового металла облегченных металлических конструкций типа ферм дл покрытий, перекрытий, галерей и т.п. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение несущей способности при изготовлении ферм. В исходной заготовке 1 разрезают стенку по большим основани м трапеций, образованных трапециевидной ломаной линией с образованием выступов 2. Внутри выступов 2 со стороны большего основани 3 симметрично оси выступа выполн ют вырез 6 в форме треугольника, боковые стороны которого параллельны боковым сторонам выступа, и пересекают большее основание выступа в точках, расположенных на пр мых 7, перпендикул рных продольной оси заготовки и проход щих через крайние точки меньшего основани 4 выступа. Вершину выреза 6 располагают на линии меньшего основани выступа.
