Description
The invention relates to the technology of mineral in the living and can be used in the building materials industry in the manufacture of cements and concretes.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the brand strength.
In the process, the cement surface is saturated with sulfur dioxide by cooling freshly heated cement in a gaseous medium with a sulfur dioxide content of 30-85% during the time required for the adsorption of a given amount of slack.
Sulfur adsorption / sulfur can be carried out directly in the mill, through which air with a high content of sulfur dioxide is drawn in, or when using ready-made cement after it has been pre-accumulated, followed by treatment with sulfur dioxide.
During adsorption on the active centers of the cement powder, sulfur dioxide molecules release their electrons, changing the electrical environment of the entire surface. Slightly polarized, sulfur dioxide molecules (P02) are firmly held on the active centers, preventing water from penetrating to them and creating lubricating layer that reduces normal thickness

Gas desorption is not observed during cement storage.
Адсорбцию диоксида серы провод т путем охлаждени цемента, полученного совместным помолом 98% клинкера и 2% гип са, в холодильнике в газовой среде с содержанием 50г 30-85% до достижени различной концентрации диоксида серы в цементе (составы 1-3).When testing the method using clinker, comprising, wt.%: Alit 56; Whites 20; tricalcium aluminate 7, four-capycium alumina ferrite 17. Sulfur dioxide adsorption is carried out by cooling the cement, obtained by joint grinding of 98% clinker and 2% gypsum, in a refrigerator in a gaseous medium with a content of 50g 30-85% to achieve different concentrations of sulfur dioxide in the cement compositions 1-3).
Composition 4 is prepared as follows. A clinker is loaded into an airtight mill, a vacuum pump with a vacuum of P = 0.25 I mm Hg is reached, after which the mill is filled 50, i.e., the adsorption is carried out in a 100% medium 50 g complete saturation of the entire cement surface with adsorbed gas
Composition 5 is made by joint grinding of clinker and 5% gypsum,
Результаты испытаний приведены в таблице .which is 3% more than that of the control composition 6 "For each composition of cement, the normal density and setting time are determined." The strength characteristics of the cement are determined. The test results are shown in the table.
10-15%.The test results show that the proposed method allows to increase the brand strength of cement and can be used in the manufacture of any concrete products, increasing their strength while reducing cement consumption by 10-15%.
