Abstract

Изобретение относитс к нефт ному машиностроению, в частности к емкостному оборудованию дл разделени обводненных нефтегазовых смесей, и может быть использовано в установках промысловой подготовки нефти. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности сепаратора при обработке обводненных нефтей с примес ми песка. Сепаратор содержит наклонную емкость 1, разделенную поперечной переливной перегородкой 2 на верхний 3 и нижний 4 отсеки отсто . В емкости 1 установлен желоб 11, по которому поступает частично разделенна смесь. Нижн концева часть желоба наклонена и расположена ниже уровн пластовой воды так, что верхний слой смеси с преобладанием нефти поступает в слой нефти верхнего отсека отсто , а нижний слой смеси с преобладанием пластовой воды поступает в слой воды верхнего отсека. Нефть отдел етс от пластовой воды и переливаетс через перегородку 2 в нижний отсек, откуда выходит через штуцер 9. Пластова вода и песок концентрируютс в нижней части верхнего отсека 3 и отвод тс из аппарата под контролем камеры 14 уровнемера "жидкость-газ". Накапливающа с в камере 14 над слоем воды нефть отводитс по переливной телескопической трубке в нижний отсек 4. The lower end part of the gutter is inclined and located below the level of produced water so that the upper layer of the mixture with a predominance of oil enters the layer of oil in the upper compartment, and the lower layer of the mixture with the predominance of produced water enters the layer of water of the upper compartment. The oil is separated from the reservoir water and is poured over the partition 2 into the lower compartment, from where it is discharged through fitting 9. The reservoir water and sand are concentrated in the lower part of the upper compartment 3 and removed from the apparatus under the control of chamber 14 of the liquid-gas level gauge. The oil accumulating in the chamber 14 above the water layer is discharged through an overflow telescopic tube into the lower compartment 4. 1.
