Abstract

Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к устройствам дл удалени окалины с проката. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и качества обработки. Устройство содержит окалиноломающие ролики, часть которых размещена своими ос ми вертикально, а часть - горизонтально. В последних выполнены осевые и радиальные каналы и, кроме того, на их торцах смонтированы щетки. В состав устройства входит бункер - сборник с выпускными патрубками и регулируемыми заслонками. Последние размещены над осевыми каналами роликов с вертикально расположенными ос ми. При прохождении проволоки между роликами с горизонтальными ос ми окалина с нее попадает в бункер и по мере накоплени поступает в осевые каналы роликов с вертикальными ос ми. При прохождении проволоки между роликами с вертикальными ос ми окалина от торцовых щеток попадает в радиальные каналы этих роликов, где она уплотн етс под действием центробежных сил вращающихс роликов. 2 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for removing scale from rolled products. Устройство работает следующим образом .The device works as follows.

Просе нна окалина заполн ет бункер-сбор- ник 9 и через выпускные патрубки 10 направл етс в осевые каналы 6, а затем через каналы 7 попадает в кольцевые камеры 8 каждого ролика 3 с вертикально расположениой осью. В эти же камеры попадает и та окалина, котора отслаиваетс при перегибах катанки на роликах 3. Таким образом, в камеры 8 может быть направлена значительна масса окалины, что позволит интенсифицировать процесс очистки.Wire rod or wire is pulled successively through descaling rollers.
