Description
The invention relates to construction and is intended for the production of laminated panels as a fence for walls and coatings of industrial and agricultural buildings.
The aim of the invention is to increase the carrying capacity of the panel while reducing its toxicity and fire hazard.
0,8-2.Phosphate-1T (iy filled concentrate contains water-soluble phosphorus in terms of 5 ± + 0.5 ma.plots of pH 0.8-2.
0,8-2.Funkor chromophosphate paste contains chromium in terms of CrO, 4,3 + 0,3 ma. Shares, total phosphorus in terms of 6 + 1 mass fractions of pH 0.8-2.
9,5.Synthetic butadiene styrene carboxylated BS-65 grade A latex contains a mass fraction of dry matter of at least 46-47% at pH 9.5.
Example. An adhesive is applied to the metal profiled sheet, which is a mixture of fancore and latex, taken in a ratio of (1:10) - (10: 1). The sheet, having passed through the drying chamber with a temperature of 35-45 ° C, is fed to the post-application of the casting composition, and then to the forming unit, where the panel is formed with simultaneous gluing of the resulting foam with the plating about
Data on the bearing capacity of the panel when the content of adhesive components changes is presented in the table.

е. в процессе вспенивани и отверждени полимерной композиции утеплител за счет физико-химического взаимодействи адгезива с обшивкой, сопровождающегос фосфатированием последней, а также за счет химического воздействи адгезива с фенолфор- мальдегидной смолой утеплител , сопровождающегос образованием прочных химических св зей, обеспечивающих высокую прочность соединени адгезива с обшивкой и теплоизол ционным материалом .The chromophosphate paste combined with a butadiene styrene carboxylated latex allows the foam to be bonded to the skins during the formation of the layered element itself, i.e. in the process of foaming and curing the polymer composition of the heater due to the physicochemical interaction of the adhesive with a heath, accompanied by phosphating of the latter, and also due to the chemical action of the adhesive with a phenol-formaldehyde resin insulation, which is accompanied by the formation of durable chemical bonds, providing a high strength of the heater and an adhesive heat-insulating resin, which is accompanied by the formation of durable chemical bonds that ensure high strength of the adhesive and the heatsink. and insulating material.
As follows from the data in the table, the use of the adhesive of the proposed composition in the structure of a laminated panel makes it possible to increase the adhesion strength of the adhesive to both galvanized and aluminum sheaths.
Кроме того, использование адгезива предлагаемого состава позвол ет снизить токсичность и пожаро- опасность панели, а также исключить необходимость ее предварительной термообработки .We increase the carrying capacity of the panel. In addition, the use of the adhesive of the proposed composition allows reducing the toxicity and fire hazard of the panel, as well as eliminating the need for its preliminary heat treatment.
