Description
Изобретение относитс к технологии термической обработки стали и может быть использовано дл термической обработки деталей машин ответственного назначени .The invention relates to the technology of heat treatment of steel and can be used for the heat treatment of machine parts of a responsible purpose.
The purpose of the invention is to increase operational durability.
This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of heat treatment of large forgings, including quenching from the end temperature of hot plastic deformation and high tempering, heating and cooling after quenching lead cyclically around the Ac point with overheating for 5–20 ° C, cooling to bainite transformation temperatures and number of cycles, providing the initial value of the temperature of the AC | for forging material.
Thermal cycling near point Ac reduces the size of the actual grain, which leads to an increase in the toughness of the material of the forgings. Overheating by more than 20 ° C above the Ac point reduces the hardness and wear resistance of the products. Overheating by less than 5 ° C is difficult to achieve.
Subcooled austenite to bainite transformation temperatures cnocgibcT-vuta increase strength.

Thermocycling leads to a change in the temperature Ac, and after a certain number of cycles the point Ac has an initial value. This number of cycles corresponds to the maximum toughness of the material during this treatment.
The forging of steel 15HSND and 20HGSA with a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 1500 mm was from an ingot. The temperature of the end of deformation 920-880 C, cooling in water. Heating and cooling during thermocyclic processing was carried out in shaft furnaces by alternately loading.
The change in the position of the Ac point during the thermal cycling process was determined previously by the method of differential thermal analysis with recording of the heating, cooling, and critical points. In this case, all technological parameters were simulated during the processing of forgings (compression, quenching, heating and cooling temperatures, heating and cooling rates, etc.). Accuracy of determination of critical points is ± 1, 5 ° С.
Plastic deformation and quenching from the temperatures of the end of plastic deformation determined the initial structure and the initial position of point Ac. During the preliminary experiments, the mechanical properties and structure were determined.
